Instructions for Use:

STEP 1
Remove the blue cap and pull one strip of Nipguards halfway out of the plastic tube Detach one pair of Nipguards at the perforation on the strip.

STEP 2 Using your fingertips, gently bend the strip and remove a NipGuard. DO NOT TOUCH THE ADHESIVE PRIOR TO APPLICATION.

STEP 3 Pull your shirt up, clear away hair and attach Nipguard directly onto nipple. Place on the center of the nipple so the protective cavity covers the tip of the nipple. Press on firmly for several seconds.
