Very athletic when she was younger Gwen started to let things slip after having her third child. “Just did the Brussels Marathon on Sunday, in 3 hours 40min. Was about 25 Celsius and very humid. I definitely would have no problem recommending you to any other friends of mine who wanted to do the marathon. I would never have done it properly if I didn't get your instructions. I was trying to do it from manuals but I always ended up being overwhelmed by the technical side of things and invariably gave up because I thought I wasn't doing it properly. When I got your instructions, it was very straightforward and manageable and that's why I persisted with it in the end. I asked for 3hours 30 and only for the heat I would have made up the 10 minutes to beat that. So if and when I decide to take on another one I will be e-mailing you first. Thanks for everything.”
