Description

Helps achieve correct positioning when practising Yoga and Pilates. It helps raise the head in reclining postures in order to achieve correct neck alignment easing the body into difficult positions. It also assists in correcting the tilt on the pelvis and support between the knees.

The larger block is used to level the pelvis whilst practising Yoga and Pilates. Helps level the pelvis in Yoga and Pilates postures. This block is ideal for those only wanting a single block (rather than 2-4 of the standard blocks) as the extra width ensures both sitting bones fit on the block.
